Day 20 ..... 02.06.13 ..... Teddington Lock

A lovely sunny day again and we got to the Brentford Lock to go on to the Thames at about 10a.m.

Some interesting house boats on the short journey to the actual river

Isleworth from the river looks quite idyllic .... apparently it is not all like that!!!

This is a view that Maggie took while leaning out of the side of the boat coming up to Richmond

Interesting to see this boat which is used for the annual swan-upping event which takes place every June on the Thames. Swans are counted, new cygnets ringed and they are given a health check.

Met Marc, Julia and Imogen at the Anglers Arms, Teddington before they came onboard for a meal.
