A last look at the view in Marlow and then onwards on a slightly grey and cooler morning ...
Got to a water point in a narrow bit of water by the lock and whilst filling up were rather over-shadowed by this hotel boat. Not quite up to the David and Catherine standard but still unnervingly close !!!! I have guitars on board !!
We passed this little chap ..... first one I've seen. On the Grand Union we have a cheese boat, a fudge boat etc. but I have never seen an ice-cream boat.
Two hours further on we found a great mooring on the Royal Regatta Land in Henley-on-Thames and walked into the town itself which was very impressive. (apart from the traffic going through) Many lovely old buildings.
We are still surrounded by rowers as one would expect in these parts!!!
