Left the mooring in Beale Park on a very warm day indeed and where lucky at about midday to find a vacant mooring in Goring-on-Thames which we had not expected. We therefore had a good place to meet Jeremy and Beverly tomorrow and could get in the shade.
The river on the way is spectacularly broad with woods on one side and fields on the other.

This door to the Gents amused us greatly since it was quite difficult to make out !!!

AAAAh, great fun to see the pics of Goring on Thames as that was where James and I went punting on our first ever date1 Plus one of Ma Welsh's delicious picnics! Muchly enjoying the blog in Salisbury xx
