We awoke in Leamington Spa to an extremely busy scene since all the hire boats from over the way were coming back. Continued on along to Long Itchington which we had visited on the way up and so, instead of the scenery, here are a couple of pics of Maggie doing what she does best, apart from taking photos. ..........................................

Here she is getting to grips with the gate paddle which can sometimes be very tricky to start off.....................
This position is Maggie telling me to get a bloody move on and grab the rope on the way into the lock.
.......and this last one for today is a not very obvious picture of a staircase lock. More of these when we get on the Leicester bit of the Grand Union.
